- b. Account & Project Data —project details, deal materials, milestones, and investor communications uploaded or managed on the Platform.

- e. AI-Generated Inputs & Outputs — prompts and outputs processed through third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) solely to deliver requested features.
3. Business Customers & Role
When a business customer (for example, a developer, syndicator, or sponsor organization) provides access to the Platform, UnderContrac acts as a service provider / data processor on behalf of that business. In such cases, the business customer controls how data is used and stored.
If you contact UnderContrac to access, modify, or delete information managed by one of our business customers, we may forward your request to that customer and assist them in responding.
UnderContrac will not independently determine the purposes or means of processing personal data on behalf of its business customers and will act solely in accordance with their instructions and applicable data-protection laws.
4. Information About Non-Users
If a developer uploads or interacts with contact information for individuals who are not UnderContrac users (for example, potential investors or collaborators), we process that information only to deliver requested functionality.
We do not use or sell Non-User data for marketing purposes.

Only minimal data necessary to generate requested outputs is shared.
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.
UnderContrac does not permit AI providers to train their models using your personal information.
