I’m Sergio, Founder & CEO with 15+ years of experience in transportation, technology, and real estate. I built one of New York City’s largest taxi fleets, consulted for Uber during its early NYC entry, and later drove sales and market expansion at Inshur.com, directly bringing in thousands of users as the company raised $35M+ and expanded internationally. Today, I lead UnderContrac, a capital-raise platform bringing transparency, control, and equity to real estate developers and investors—with the mission of democratizing access to real estate while helping improve housing supply and affordability.
